BEST MONTHS

Dry winter months from May to September are the best months to visit the Greater Kruger. Game viewing is at its best as the bush thins out, and animals congregate around waterholes and rivers.

GOOD MONTHS

The months of October, March and April are good months to visit the Greater Kruger, the scenery is green and fresh , there is a lot of newborn wildlife and the summer migrant birds arrive.

POOR MONTHS

The Greater Kruger is an all year round destination, with each season bringing its own highlights. December to February are not very good months to visit as the weather is hot and humid.
