DAYS 1 & 2: SOSSUSVLEI
The Namib Desert is one of the world’s most picturesque desserts and is an amazing place to travel to as a couple seeking a romantic refuge or for families looking for a mind-blowing educational experience for the whole family. The Namib is arguably the most photogenic landscape in the world with the contrasting blue skies, red sand dunes and white alt pans allowing for exceptional photographic opportunities

Kulala Desert Lodge sits at the foot of the grand Sossusvlei Dunes bordering the Namib Naukluft Park in the heart of the Namib Desert. It is the closest lodge to Sossusvlei, accessed via a private gate exclusive to Wilderness Safaris. This lodge offers the most dramatic and spectacular views, surrounded by red dunes of the Namib, desolate mountains and rugged gravel plains. Kulala Desert Lodge comprises 23 luxurious thatched, canvas tents which are built on a wooden platform and a flat roof top where guests can sleep out under the star-studded, African sky. The main area features a lounge, dining area, a bar and a boma area where guests can wind off around the fire or enjoy their meals under the African moon or star lit skies. DAYS 7 & 8: ETOSHA NATIONAL PARK
The Etosha Pans and surrounding savannahs are an incredible wildlife refuge in northern Namibia. The area teems with lion, leopard, elephant and the rare black rhino. Other predators thrive here too as do the usual plains game.
